Steam workshop mods not downloading dos 2

Figured I'd bump this instead of making a new thread, but I'm having the same exact issue. I have the same issue. I also have this issue.

I also went into my workshop folder on the steam drive, completly cleared that out. As well as the mod folder in my stellaris folder.
